Torn between worlds when picking the right sauce before the dinner is served? Mushroom sauce will help finding the answer!

As I recently have some time, I had been browsing on the web yesterday. In need of fresh, interesting thoughts, inspiring recipes that I’ve never used before, to astonish my loved ones with. Searching for a long time unfortunately could not find lots of interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I found this delightful and easy dessert by chance. The dessert seemed so tempting

on its image, that required immediate actions.

It was simple enough to imagine the way it is created, how it tastes and just how much my husband will probably love it. Mind you, it is very easy to keep happy him when it comes to cakes. Yes, I’m a blessed one. Or perhaps he is.Anyways, I went to the blog: Suncakemom and followed the detailed instuctions that have been combined with nice graphics of the method. It just makes life less difficult. I could imagine that it’s a slight hassle to take pics down the middle of baking in the kitchen as you may normally have sticky hands so that i really appreciate the time and energy she put in to build this post and recipe conveniently followed.

With that said I am encouraged presenting my personal dishes in a similar fashion. Thanks for the idea.

I had been tweaking the original mixture to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I can say it turned out an incredible outcome. They prized the flavor, the consistency and loved having a treat such as this in the midst of a hectic workweek. They ultimately demanded even more, many more. Thus next time I’m not going to make the same mistake. I am gonna twin the volume to get them pleased.

Slice mushrooms.

Melt butter in a pan or simply use cooking oil.

Add the mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper.

Stir-fry on high heat (saute) until the mushrooms half in size and get a brown color. (Optional herbs like parsley can be added too.)

Stir in sour cream. Bring it to boil then let it sit a couple of minutes before serving.

Enjoy!
