Striving for new paths or prefer roads well trodden? Let’s make an egg loaf and see that the choice is not always in our hands!

As I lately have a little time, I had been browsing on the internet the other day. Looking for new, stirring tips, inspirational recipes that We have never tested before, to delight my family with. Looking for quite some time but couldn’t come across any interesting things. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I came across this scrumptious and simple dessert simply by chance. It looked so mouth-watering on its snapshot, it called for urgent actions.

It had been not difficult to imagine just how it is created, its taste and just how much my husband will love it. Actually, it is very easy to keep happy the man when it comes to treats. Yes, I’m a blessed one. Or perhaps he is.Anyways, I got into the site: Suncakemom and followed the detailed instuctions that had been accompanied by superb shots of the method. It just makes life quite easy. I can suppose it is a bit of a effort to shoot snap shots in the midst of cooking in the kitchen because you will often have gross hands and so i seriously appreciate the time and energy she placed in to build this blogpost .

That being said I am encouraged presenting my personal recipes in a similar fashion. Many thanks for the concept.

I was fine tuning the initial formula to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I’ve got to tell you it turned out a great success. They prized the flavor, the thickness and enjoyed getting a treat like this during a hectic week. They basically wanted even more, more and more. Hence next time I am not going to commit the same mistake. I’m likely to twin the quantity to keep them delighted.

Whisk the eggs until light yellow then add cream cheese, butter, baking powder, flour. If any optional ingredient is used add it now too.

Mix all the ingredients together until we get a uniform textured batter. Pour the batter into a loaf pan. Don’t let it sit much because the cream cheese has a tendency to settle on the bottom!

Place it immediately onto the bottom shelf of a 360°F / 180°C preheated oven until the top gets a golden brown color for about 30 – 40 minutes.
